person who purchased the subscription. This individual will act as the administrator and will
have the ability to provide access to the Services to 5 (five) authorized Users within their
organization. Only the administrator may manage the corporate account, including adding or
removing access for other Users.

7. Subscriptions
7.1. Most of the Services, particulary analytical materials and features on the Website are
available through a paid subscription. Only a limited portion of the content is freely accessible.

7.2. Solid Info offers different subscription plans based on the level of access required:
a) Individual Plan: full access to Services for individual usage.
b) Corporate Plan: full access to Services for businesses and organizations, allowing
multiple Users under a single subscription with administrator control.
7.3. Solid Info reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Payments are billed on
a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments
may result in the suspension or termination of access to paid Services.
7.4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation. All subscription plans are automatically
renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the User before the renewal date.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings on the Website.
Upon cancellation, access to paid content will continue until the end of the current billing
period, and no further charges will be applied.
7.5. Right of Withdrawal. Users have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days
of purchase without providing any reason. Users can cancel their subscription directly through
their account settings under the “Subscription Management” section. Alternatively, they may
submit a withdrawal request via email at [insert contact email]. Refunds, if applicable, will be
processed within 5-7 (five to seven) business days to the original payment method.
7.6. Refund Policy:
a) Full Refund: if Users cancel within 14 days and has not accessed any paid content, they
are entitled to a 100% refund.
b) No Refund: if Users has accessed any paid content, the right of withdrawal does not
apply, and no refund will be issued.
7.7. Payment Processing and Third-Party Services. Solid Info relies on third-party
payment providers, including Stripe, for processing transactions. We are not responsible for
any interruptions, failures, or delays in payment processing caused by these third-party
services. Any issues related to payment processing should be addressed directly to the
respective payment provider.
8. Intellectual Property; Copyright
8.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to analysis, articles, any text,
images, reports and software, is owned by or licensed to Solid Info and is protected by
intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or
create derivative works based on any Website content without express written permission froSolid Info. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide become the property of Solid Info
without any compensation or obligation to you.
8.2. All AI-generated voice content created by ElevenLabs AI on our platform is also
protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Solid Info. Unauthorized use,
reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibited Uses
9.1. Users of Solid Info’s Services agree not to engage in the following activities:
a) Unlawful Activities – using the Services for any purpose that violates any applicable
national and/or international laws, including but not limited to fraud, terrorism, or
incitement to violence.
b) Unauthorized Use of Content – copying, scraping, distributing, modifying, or
otherwise using Solid Info’s Services, including but not limited to political analysis,
reports, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without prior written
permission.
c) Cybersecurity Violations:
o attempting to gain unauthorized access to Solid Info’s systems, Services, data,
or User accounts;
o introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code Solid Info’s systems and/or
Services;
o engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or hacking attempts.

o using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract content without authorization;

o misrepresenting affiliations with political entities, media outlets, or public
institutions.
g) Commercial Exploitation – using the Services for unauthorized advertising, spam,
phishing, or solicitation of Users for political, financial, or commercial gain.

Services (AWS) for hosting, Algolia for search functionality, ElevenLabs AI for AI-generated
voiceovers, Firebase for authentication, Facebook Developer API for social login, Stripe for
billing and payment processing purposes. Solid Info is not responsible for any failures, data
breaches, or disputes arising from the use of third-party Services. Users should review the terms
and policies of these third-party providers before engaging with their Services.
