SOLID INFO TERMS OF USE

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of the all Services, including but not limited to any content, and features provided through the Website by Solid Info LLC [please indicate the address] (“Solid Info”, “We”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you shall not not use our Website. This document outlines your rights and obligations, including those related to intellectual property, liability, privacy, and dispute resolution. It is important that you read these Terms carefully before using our Website, all Services and content.

Changes to the Service

  1. The “Services” refer to the Website, its content and functionalities, including analytical content, subscription-based access to in-depth reports, User accounts, corporate accounts, and any additional features provided through the Website. Only certain parts of the analytical materials will be freely available, while the remaining content will be accessible only via corresponding subscription plan.
  2. Solid Info may at any time modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of our Services, and we have no obligation to maintain any specific features or functionalities. 

Changes to the Terms

  1. Solid Info reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of significant changes through email, Website notifications, or other appropriate and effective means. Your continued use of the Services after modifications take effect, constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you shall discontinue your use of the Services. 

Age Requirement

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Solid Info does not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under the age of 18 without obtaining appropriate consent from their guardians.
  2. If a non-adult person uses the Services without proper parental or legal guardian supervision, Solid Info bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from such use. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with the age requirement falls entirely on the User and their legal guardians.

Privacy

  1. Solid Info collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Registration and Accounts

  1. Registration on the Website is required to obtain a subscription and access all relevant Services. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must not share your account details with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 
  2. Personal Accounts. A personal account is intended for individual Users who subscribe to access analytical content and other paid features. The registered User is solely responsible for managing their subscription, payment, and account security. Personal accounts are non- transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
  3. Corporate Accounts. Solid Info offers corporate accounts linked to the email of the person who purchased the subscription. This individual will act as the administrator and will have the ability to provide access to the Services to 5 (five) authorized Users within their organization. Only the administrator may manage the corporate account, including adding or removing access for other Users

Subscriptions

  1. Most of the Services, particulary analytical materials and features on the Website are available through a paid subscription. Only a limited portion of the content is freely accessible. To access the full scope of Services, Users must purchase a subscription.
  2. Solid Info offers different subscription plans based on the level of access required: a) Individual Plan: full access to Services for individual usage. b) Corporate Plan: full access to Services for businesses and organizations, allowing multiple Users under a single subscription with administrator control.
  3. Solid Info reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Payments are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of access to paid Services.
  4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation. All subscription plans are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the User before the renewal date. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings on the Website. Upon cancellation, access to paid content will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
  5. Right of Withdrawal. Users have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason. Users can cancel their subscription directly through their account settings under the “Subscription Management” section. Alternatively, they may submit a withdrawal request via email at [insert contact email]. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 (five to seven) business days to the original payment method.
  6. Refund Policy: a) Full Refund: if Users cancel within 14 days and has not accessed any paid content, they are entitled to a 100% refund. b) No Refund: if Users has accessed any paid content, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and no refund will be issued.
  7. Payment Processing and Third-Party Services. Solid Info relies on third-party payment providers, including Stripe, for processing transactions. We are not responsible for any interruptions, failures, or delays in payment processing caused by these third-party services. Any issues related to payment processing should be addressed directly to the respective payment provider. 

Intellectual Property; Copyright 

  1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to analysis, articles, any text, images, reports and software, is owned by or licensed to Solid Info and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Website content without express written permission froSolid Info. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide become the property of Solid Info without any compensation or obligation to you. 
  2. All AI-generated voice content created by ElevenLabs AI on our platform is also protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Solid Info. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited. 

Prohibited Uses

  1. Users of Solid Info’s Services agree not to engage in the following activities: a) Unlawful Activities – using the Services for any purpose that violates any applicable national and/or international laws, including but not limited to fraud, terrorism, or incitement to violence. b) Unauthorized Use of Content – copying, scraping, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using Solid Info’s Services, including but not limited to political analysis, reports, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission. c) Cybersecurity Violations: o attempting to gain unauthorized access to Solid Info’s systems, Services, data, or User accounts; o introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code Solid Info’s systems and/or Services; o engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or hacking attempts. d) Interference with Services – engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or overloads the Website, its servers, or the Services provided. e) Automated Access & Scraping: o using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract content without authorization; o illicit scraping or harvesting personal data from the Website. f) Impersonation & Misrepresentation: o pretending to be Solid Info, its employees, contractor or any affiliated organization; o misrepresenting affiliations with political entities, media outlets, or public institutions. g) Commercial Exploitation – using the Services for unauthorized advertising, spam, phishing, or solicitation of Users for political, financial, or commercial gain. h) Violation of Data Privacy: o collecting or attempting to collect personal data of other Users without consent; o violating GDPR or other applicable data protection laws. 11. Circumvention of Access Restrictions – o bypassing geo-blocking, access controls, or any measures designed to limit the Services usage. o assisting others in circumventing restrictions. 
  2. Users acknowledge that any violation of the Prohibited Uses section may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, legal action, or other relevant implications as deemed necessary by Solid Info and/or prescibed by applicable laws. Solid Info reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including reporting violations to relevant authorities. Users shall be fully responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from their non-compliance with these Terms of Use. 1

User-Generated Material

  1. Users may submit content such as comments, reviews, and feedback. Solid Info reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. 

Third-Party Sites, Products, and Services

  1. Our Services may include links to external websites and other resources operated by third parties. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability, service failures, data breaches, or outages caused of these external sources. 
  2. The Services integrates the inputs from external providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, Algolia for search functionality, ElevenLabs AI for AI-generated voiceovers, Firebase for authentication, Facebook Developer API for social login, Stripe for billing and payment processing purposes. Solid Info is not responsible for any failures, data breaches, or disputes arising from the use of third-party Services. Users should review the terms and policies of these third-party providers before engaging with their Services

Other Services by Solid Info

  1. Solid Info may offer additional Services through different platforms. These Services may be governed by separate terms of use and applicable policies. Users are encouraged to review such terms before using additional Services provided by Solid Info.

Liability and Limitations

  1. The Services is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Users assume full responsibility for their engagement with our Services and any associated risks.
  2. The analytical materials provided on the Website are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. Users acknowledge that Solid Info is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information contained in its reports or analyses. Users should conduct their own due diligence or seek professional advice before making any financial, business, or strategic decisions based on the content provided through the Services.
  3. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Solid Info bears no liability for any losses, damages, or negative consequences resulting from reliance on the analytical materials provided.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by Estonian law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the European Union and/or Estonia. 

Class Action Waiver and Other Claims

  1. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Solid Info. Any claims related to these Terms must be filed within 3 (three) months from the date on which the cause of action arose.

Terminations

  1. Solid Info reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access to the Services at its discretion, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or security threats. Upon termination, Users must immediately discontinue their use of the Services.

General

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solid Info. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver of such term.
