personal data and data subjects covered, the responsibilities of SOLID INFO as a data processor and the business customer as a data controller, security measures, including technical and organizational
safeguards, implemented to protect personal data, provisions for data subject rights, data transfer
mechanisms in compliance with, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where
applicable, the obligations of both parties regarding data retention, deletion, and breach notification, etc.

Children’s privacy SOLID INFO services, products are not provided for use by children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 or 16 (depending on the EU member state country requirements). If SOLID INFO finds out that child’s personal data is provided to us, we’ll delete it from our databases. Algolia – service for enhancing website search functionalities.
ElevenLabs – service for provideing AI-generated voice functionalities for content accessibility.
Firebase – service for support of website authentication, security, and performance monitoring.
All the above-mentioned third-party providers are contractually bound to process personal data
exclusively for the purposes outlined in DPAs concluded with them. These providers process data strictly as data processors under our DPAs, ensuring compliance with GDPR Articles 28 and 44-49 for secure data handling.
