The formation of a common cloud computing architecture between Washington, Seoul and Tokyo disrupts Beijing's plans for large-scale cyberattacks on the United States

On April 4, 2024, it became known that the American corporation Alphabet plans to acquire the software development company HubSpot for $35 billion, the largest deal in Alphabet's history.
