Agreement between Constellation Energy and Calpine Corp: strengthening energy supply for American AI infrastructure amid joint projects with the U.S., Japan, and UAE

On January 10, 2025, it became known that the American nuclear energy supplier Constellation Energy plans to acquire Calpine Corp, which generates geothermal electricity.
