On October 9, 2025, the leading European industrial park developer CTP announced plans to invest at least $1 billion in creating production facilities in Vietnam. This will mark the company’s first expansion outside of Europe.

According to CTP’s leadership, this decision is driven by the need to support clients from technological sectors who are accelerating their exit from China amid its “strategic decoupling” from the United States.

The company emphasized that Vietnam is currently the “most promising direction” for industrial investments, surpassing Indonesia and Thailand due to its political stability and reformist economic policy.
