On October 21, 2025, eight days after Donald Trump's visit to Israel, US Vice President JD Vance visited the Jewish state, and the next day, Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in the country.

The visits by Vance and Rubio to Israel, during which the high-ranking officials held meetings with the country's President Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, became a step aimed at coordinating a new format of political and security cooperation in the Middle East following the signing of the agreement to cease hostilities in Gaza.

Meanwhile, the negotiations led by the Vice President, Secretary of State, White House Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and his advisor Jared Kushner are laying the groundwork for the planned November 2025 summit between Donald Trump and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, aimed at renewing political, technological, and economic ties among Washington, Riyadh, and Jerusalem.
