Democrats and Republicans compete for the last unallocated electoral cluster: the votes of American overseas voters could play a decisive role

On August 12, 2024, the Democratic National Committee announced that it would raise more than $450,000 for Democrats Abroad, an organization that aims to temporarily motivate U.S. citizens living abroad to register as voters and join the election campaign.

According to Democratic Party strategists, by intensifying work with voters living abroad, Democrats are able to attract the votes of a multi-million electoral cluster that usually does not demonstrate activity in US electoral processes.

Harris's political technologists are confident that the electoral activation of foreign voters will significantly boost the Vice President's campaign.

Previous voting experience of American voters abroad has shown stable support for Democratic presidential candidates.
