Trump-branded real estate: family steps to strengthen loyalty to Washington and neutralize Beijing’s Influence

On May 22, 2025, Eric Trump, the younger son of the President, announced a Trump Organization project in collaboration with Vietnamese developer Kinh Bac. The project involves constructing a “Trump Tower” in the business district of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The initial project, valued at $1.5 billion, will feature a luxury resort complex, golf courses, hotels, and residential buildings. Discussions are underway for Trump Organization’s involvement in additional projects across Vietnam.
