Mexico's refusal to join BRICS is a manifestation of a real foreign policy vector

Solid Info
On March 4, the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the country has no intention of joining the BRICS. This organization includes China, Russia, Brazil, India, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, and the United Arab Emirates.
At the same time, on March 7, the Chinese Foreign Ministry stated that the expansion of the BRICS, which is still taking place due to the accession of other countries such as Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, and the UAE in 2024, is radically changing the map of the world economy and creating conditions for multipolarity.
For Beijing, the purpose of the BRICS expansion is primarily to reduce the influence of Western countries in the global geoeconomic environment and to increase the bloc's political weight in the world in competition with the G7 countries.
