On March 25, the New York Court of Appeals granted a motion to reduce the amount of bail for Donald Trump in the context of appealing the decision in the fraud case from $464 million to $175 million.
Such a positive court decision does not mean that Trump has been unequivocally successful in one of his criminal cases. The former president must still appeal the first-instance decision and post a reduced bail amount.
