The US-France-India Coalition is coordinating efforts to reduce the influence of the authoritarian axis in the Caucasus through assistance to Armenia

On April 5, 2024, a high-level US-EU-Armenia meeting was held in Brussels with the participation of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan to support the resilience of the Republic of Armenia.

As a result of the talks, the EU announced financial support for Armenia, totaling €270 million over the next four years.

The US and EU’s financial support to Armenia aims to reduce the country’s economic dependence on the authoritarian axis and level its political influence on Yerevan.
