Sanctions against Russia: US strategies to limit the Aggressor’s adaptation

On July 22, 2024, the EU extended sanctions against Russia for another six months until January 31, 2025. The day before, the 14th package of sanctions was also adopted, aimed at strengthening measures to make it more difficult for the aggressor to circumvent sanctions.
