From November 28 to December 3, 2024, China and Russia coordinated a series of provocative military actions against Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines, the main allies of the United States in the Indo-Pacific.
Each of these cases was accompanied by the involvement of aviation or naval assets of the mentioned states, which were used to accompany or track the aggressive actions of autocracies.
First, a group of 11 Chinese and Russian warplanes conducted complex unannounced patrols from the East China Sea to the Sea of Japan, entering the South Korean air defense recognition zone and approaching Japanese airspace.
