On September 22, 2024, during his visit to the United States, Polish President Andrzej Duda spoke at the Polish American Catholic Church in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Speaking to Americans of Polish descent, Duda urged them to vote in this year’s US presidential election.
Although Duda did not formally call for support for a particular presidential candidate during his speech, he complimented the Donald Trump administration. During this time, it was decided that Poland would join the program to receive American-made F-35 combat aircraft.
Later, the Polish president appeared on the conservative Fox News channel, where he discussed the problem of the illegal arrival of Middle Eastern migrants in his country and assessed the political cycle of Trump’s presidency as a favorable period for Poland.
